To the Editor:
Thank you so much for making this journal possible.
I am an actor in training, currently studying at Ohio University in the MFA program.
I don’t know where the most gifted actors are studying, but if the current trend of good looks and marketability rule the day in building these classes [at MFA training programs], then there won’t ever be a place to look for the “most talented” or “most gifted.” Â If we’re so against giving over to the business, then why are we building ensembles catering to the business??? *
